Have your event live streamed to YouTube or Facebook.

  • Up to 4 Cameras

  • Up to 2 direct Microphones on table-top microphone stands.

    • You can supply a microphone Level Audio Source from a sound system

  • 1 Presentation Source (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc…) (HDMI 1920x1080 29.97fps (30fps) Provided by you)

  • 1 Video Playback Source (Copyright Cleared content)

  • Lower Third Titles

What you provide:

  • Venue

  • 10ft x 10ft Tent (If Outdoors)

  • 4ft x 6ft Table for Production Equipment

  • 15 Amp 120volt Power Source at the Production Table

  • 15 Amp 120volt Power Source for each camera

  • Presentation Computer/Laptop with HDMI 1920x1080 29.97 (30fps) Output.

  • Projector or Monitor with HDMI Input 1920x1080 29.97 (30fps)

  • Microphone Level Audio Source from Audio Mixer.

  • Public Address Speaker System

  • Copyright Cleared video 1920x1080 29.97fps Apple ProRes 422 (.mov) provided at least 7 calendar days prior to your event.

  • List of names and titles for Lower Thirds at least 7 calendar days prior to your event.

  • Event/Organization Logo(s) at least 7 calendar days prior to your event.

    • Logos should be at least 1024x768, 72dpi, .png format with transparency.

  • Photos of speakers/presenters for breaks and speaker/presenter up next slide provided at least 7 calendar days prior to your event.

    • Photos should be at least 4in x 6in and 240 ppi (Pixels Per Inch)

  • Wired Internet Connection within 15ft of Production Table providing 6 Mbps upload available for full HD 1920x1080 at 30fps.
    Live stream on YouTube > Choose live encoder settings, bitrates, and resolutions

    • If you are unable to provide a 6Mbps upload connection the quality of your live stream will be reduced.

    • SMF Media Design LLC. is not responsible for the quality or stability of your live stream.

    • Site Firewalls must allow live streaming and access to YouTube and Facebook.

    • SMF Media Design LLC. is not responsible for the failure of your live stream due to the inability to connect to services.

  • Streaming Key and Streaming Destination (Primary and Backup) from Your YouTube Studio or Facebook. At least 72 hrs. prior to your event.

    • If we are streaming to your channel.

  • Setup and Breakdown time before and after your event.

*HDMI connections must be Full Size HDMI Connectors.

A quote or other correspondence will be provided in about 72 hours.

If you accept the quote a contract with a statement of work and deliverables will provided.
